Description
A mother grizzly bear and her one and a half year old cub gaze across the river at another bear. They are in a coastal estuary in October. Autumn rains have washed dead and dying salmon out of the river and they are strewn across the sedge and gravel bars. The grizzly family was scouring the area looking for an easy meal before being interrupted by another bear doing the same.
