A forest built on rock – Premium Photo Print (no frame)

Price range: $18.00 through $75.00

Description

The west coast of Canada is characterized by a seemingly endless arrangement of fjords and rainforest. In this image you can see the rocky face of a granite mountain that is simply too steep for the trees to grow. Around it, in slightly less intimidating terrain, the coastal temperate rainforest flourishes. The steep and rocky terrain a few hundred meters in elevation above the ocean can make for good den areas for grizzly bears or black bears.
